1. Fare Guarantee and Booking Finalization

CRITICAL NOTICE: All airfare quotes provided by the Company are subject to change and are NOT guaranteed until your booking has been paid in full and the electronic ticket (e-ticket) has been officially issued by the airline.

A booking is considered "final" only when you receive a confirmation email containing a ticket number. Until that time, airlines reserve the right to adjust prices or withdraw seat availability without prior notice.

2. Adherence to Airline Rules

The Company acts as an intermediary between you (the Traveler) and the Airline. We strictly adhere to the specific rules, regulations, and "Conditions of Carriage" set by the respective airline operating your flight. By booking with us, you agree to comply with all airline-specific policies regarding check-in times, baggage allowances, and conduct.

3. Cancellations, Changes, and Penalties

All bookings are subject to the fare rules of the airline.

Airline Fees: Any penalties, rebooking fees, or "no-show" charges resulting from cancellations or date changes are determined and mandated by the airline.

Third-Party Costs: These fees are not charged by our Company for profit; they are collected and reported directly to the airline.

Non-Refundable Fares: Many promotional or "economy" fares are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable. It is the traveler's responsibility to review these restrictions before payment.

4. User Responsibilities

As the traveler, you are responsible for:

Accuracy: Ensuring all passenger names match the government-issued ID/Passport exactly. Incorrect names may result in a total loss of the booking.

Travel Documents: Obtaining all necessary visas, health certificates, and passports. We are not liable if you are denied boarding due to improper documentation.

Schedule Monitoring: Checking for flight schedule changes directly with the airline 24–48 hours before departure.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company serves as an agent for travel suppliers. We do not own or operate any airlines.

We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by the act or omission of any airline or third party.

We are not responsible for "Acts of God," including weather disruptions, strikes, or mechanical failures that result in flight cancellations or delays.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to airline approval. If a refund is authorized, it will be processed only after the airline releases the funds to us. Please note that the process can take several weeks or months depending on the airline’s internal policies.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

We value your privacy. Your personal information (Name, Birthdate, Passport details) is collected solely for the purpose of securing your travel reservations. We share this data only with the relevant airlines and travel service providers necessary to complete your booking.

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any concerns amicably. In the event of a formal dispute, you agree to first contact our support team to seek a resolution. Any legal claims must be filed in the jurisdiction where our Company is registered.

By proceeding with a payment or reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
